So, the Car Genie pop's up and tells you that he'll grant you whatever car you want for your last drive. He'll give you a few hundred miles of perfect, open road just how you'd want it and give you any car you want to drive it. This is your cowboy-into-the-sunset moment; what car do you do it in?

F40. I want it to:

1. Scare the ever loving crap out of me 100% of the time. I want to hopefully die of a heart attack from exertion.

2. take me all the miles i have to tame it...assuming im not dead yet.

3. have a real level of danger in crashing and exploding....hey im headed there anyway.

EDIT: 1 and 3 are kind of the same. So I will change 3 to "ungodly noise"

Maybe the Merc C111 Design Study, I have always been curious about it. Italian design in part, German engineering with a rotary engine. Nobody gets to drive it, its in the museum. Its at the top of my impossible to own cars list.

I have no idea what its like, part of the mystery. There are three I think, all in the museum. I saw one outside the museum too, they were moving cars around. Two sort of like this. There is one without the Merc star, maybe not, he plate is the same on that one.

I absolutely fucking love them.

The LM would be the best for me, I just want the Raw power of it, in my mind it is the last great car Ferrari made, all the newer ones are just kind of meh to me now.

lol, I will agree with you that the Zonda is more unrefined. But in the end the choice comes down to the person. whether you want a oh shit I'm about to die cause this car is going to spin out any second sort of feeling, or whether you want that, HOLY SHIT I'M GOING SO FAST I MIGHT DIE FEELING. The first one better for honing, the second one is more of a psychological feeling. Both great choices though.

I was going to go with the F40 as well, but figured a Ferrari would be too cliche. I've had the pleasure of detailing an F40, and it really is a racecar once you see the spartan interior. Very easy to clean when there's no carpets though!
